Our parish began as a new mission start of the American Lutheran Church with it's first worship celebration at Norris Elementary on September 11, 1977. On February 5, 1978 it chartered as Shepherd of the Hills congregation. We have grown through the years in faith, as well as adding to our physical plant in the late 1990's and constructing a 375 seat sanctuary and classrooms in 2007. We are thankful to share this space with our community as well as the compassionate care offered to our surrounding communities children through the wonderful work of Tree House pre- school and childcare.
